PAYMENT POLICY
All items may be purchased by means of personal or cashier's check, money order, or with credit/debit online through PayPal. (Note: Shipment of orders paid for by check or money order may be delayed due to processing. Orders will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.)

SHIPPING POLICY
-  We use USPS to ship all products.
-  Orders are shipped Monday ? Friday.
-  Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to an additional shipping fee.
-  Additional shipping charges may apply for orders with multiple items, additional shipping weight, or   in the case of international shipping. You will be informed of the new total via email confirmation.

-  Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for custom order delivery. USPS is our standard (and most cost-effective) method of shipping custom orders.
-  The cost for rush shipping on items is $20 (within 1 - 2 weeks). If you would like something to be rushed to you, please let us know via email, phone, or in the comments section when you place your order.
-  On the day you receive your tracking number from USPS, please wait until after 6pm CST to track your package. If you try and track it before this time, USPS may not have "checked in" your package and will not have your tracking number on file.

RETURN POLICY
-  Custom orders placed online or during a 4:13 Creations-at-Home Party are considered final sales and MAY NOT be returned for refund.

-  Items may be returned for additional adjustments if need-be.

CUSTOMIZATION POLICY
-  At 4:13 Creations we love what we do! Therefore, our goal is to create a product for you that is     unique to your style and individualized to your tastes.
-  Upon receipt of an order, a representative will contact you by phone or email to discuss your customization.
-  We will then send you - via email - design artwork illustrating the product upon which you have decided, based on your order information and notes.
-  Designs must be confirmed by email before production to ensure complete satisfaction!
